What is ceAbuse?

If you are one of those people who always thinks of a cutting retort hours after you needed it, ceAbuse is for you. ceAbuse is a Windows CE application that puts thousands of insults just a stylus tap away so you can give clods and inanimate objects their proper comeuppance.
