form they fill in.

releases, contest results or updates on current events.
This is ideal for
a small budget web site that needs to update a page frequently.
Instead of paying the web designer to update the page every few
days, the user can simply log in to the program, fill in the new
content and presto....instant change to the live page.
The program
requires that the server supports Server Side Includes (SSI),
most do. Check your hosts support/FAQ pages to find out if you
don't already know.
