Charity-ware.org is run by Charity-ware International, an international, non-profit organization with headquarters in Toronto, Ontario Canada and in Dallas, Texas U.S.A.  (Texas  Charter Number: 01599581-01).

Although we plan to register as a tax-exempt non-profit organization under IRS tax-code 501 (c)(3), we do not have the resources to do so yet.  Therefore, donations to Charity-ware International are not tax deductible.
